At Chesscolastics, we see chess as a powerful tool for personal growth and cognitive development. Our program focuses on nurturing each student's unique talents while teaching essential chess principles and strategies.
Students embark on a journey of exploration and self-discovery. Through engaging lessons and personalized coaching, they learn not just the game but also values like patience, resilience, and critical thinking. We take pride in watching them grow from beginners to confident players who can analyze positions and create their own strategies.
One of the most rewarding aspects of our mission is sharing our students' experiences. We love to showcase their progress and celebrate their achievements, whether it's winning a tournament, mastering an opening, or simply enjoying games with friends. These moments highlight the transformative power of chess.
At Chesscolastics, we’re committed to building a supportive community where students can thrive and explore their passion for chess. Every game played and every challenge faced contributes to their growth, both on and off the board. Join us in celebrating our students’ journeys as they discover the beauty of chess!
Meet Eloy Doshi from Winnipeg, Manitoba

When I was in kindergarten, the covid pandemic started. My mom knew that I was interested in logic, math, and puzzles. She thought I would enjoy being introduced to chess. I don't remember too much, but I was always interested in attending the next class.I always enjoy going to chess tournaments. I also enjoy playing at home with my family. I used to always lose, but one day I beat my dad, and it was awesome! I want to get better and better, and that is why I keep playing. My chess teacher used to come to my home. He was always very patient in teaching me. He enjoys teaching young kids and he encourages us and helps us develop our skills. I always look forward to our weekly classes.
