Date: March 15, 2026 Congratulations to our Chesscolastics students for their outstanding performance in the 2026 Manitoba Provincial Chess Championship, organized by Manitoba Scholastic Chess Association! Rhailey Dhiren Punay – First Place/Champion (Grade 10) Participation: Arabella Aala (Grade 4), Eloy Doshi (Grade 6)

Date: February 20-22, 2026  Congratulations to our Chesscolastics student, Rhailey Punay, on winning 1st Place in the U2000 category (with a perfect score of 6 out of 6) at the 133 rd  Minnesota Open! The tournament was held at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The event celebrates one of Minnesota’s oldest chess traditions and is organized by the Minnesota State Chess Association.

Congratulations to our Chesscolastics students who qualified for the BC Chess Challenge (Provincial)! The regional qualifier tournaments held on October 5, 2025, November 9, 2025, and February 1, 2026, were organized by the Vancouver Chess School and provided pathways for Grades K-12 students to qualify for the Provincial Championship on April 19, 2026. Qualified students are Kenzo Allen Artizada (Second Place, Grade 10), Rockwell Chan (Second Place, Grade 3), Jamie Franchesk

Date: January 17, 2026  Congratulations to our Chesscolastics students for their outstanding performance in the Regular Scholastic Chess Tournament #4, organized by Manitoba Scholastic Chess Association! Rhailey Dhiren Punay – First Place (Category: 1045 - 1511) Participation: Eloy Doshi (Category: 735 - 805)

Date: January 10-11, 2026 Congratulations to our Chesscolastics student, Jamie Francheska Nones, for winning 1st Place in the Under-10 Girls category at the 2026 BC Chess Cup! The tournament was held at the Bonsor Recreation Complex and was organized by the Penny Chess Club. The 2026 BC Chess Cup also served as a qualifying round for the 2026 Canadian Youth Chess Championship.

Date: December 19, 2025 Congratulations to our Chesscolastics student, Jamie Francheska Nones, for qualifying for the Canadian Youth Chess Championship (CYCC)! The tournament was held at the Chaoyin Bilingual School and was organized by the Richmond Chess Champions.
